Air New Zealand operated flights are eligible for Airpoints Dollars & Status Points accrual but do not accrue frequent flyer miles/points with airline partners; other sectors may be eligible for accrual of Airpoints Dollars & Status Points or frequent flyer miles/points
Cancellation
No refund
(Non-refundability/cancellation penalty) waived in case of death of passenger or immediate family member.
Note: Full refund of unused tickets in the event of death of the passenger or his/her immediate family member or any person booked to accompany the passenger or the immediate family of any person booked to accompany the passenger. NB immediate family defined by IATA Resolution 012 which states "Immediate Family:" spouse, children (including adopted children), parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law.
Baggage allowance
1 piece per person (excluding infants) - max 23kg each
Excess baggage charges apply. Note - stated allowance applies to Air New Zealand operated services only. Please refer other carrier's website for allowance on their services
Changes/restrictions
Time/Date changes permitted before each flight departure
Where the original fare booked is no longer available or applicable for new travel dates, any difference in fare will be also be required for payment
Tickets are not transferable to another person
Service fee applies
Note: Where the cancellation and change conditions differ between the outbound and return journeys, then the most restrictive conditions will apply for the whole journey.
